At PHOENIX, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 5 working days of receiving their order if:

The product received is incorrect.
The product is defective upon arrival.


To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

PHOENIX reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a refund, replacement, or warranty claim.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

Products that have been installed or used.
Products damaged through misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper installation.
Products modified or altered in any way.
Normal wear and tear.
Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by PHOENIX.

Factory Warranty

PHOENIX 7" LED Spot Lights are covered by a 5-Month Factory Warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects
Faulty materials

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused during installation
Physical damage, impacts, or accidents
Water ingress resulting from improper installation or modification
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Normal wear and tear

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

Proof of purchase
Photos or videos showing the fault
A description of the issue

PHOENIX reserves the right to inspect the product before approving a warranty claim.

If a warranty claim is approved, PHOENIX may, at its discretion:

Replace the product

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

PHOENIX is not responsible for products lost or damaged while being returned by the customer.
