Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting all products immediately upon delivery. Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Shipping Damage and Loss

All products are carefully inspected and packaged before leaving our premises.

Once an order has been collected by the courier and is in transit, PHOENIX cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused during shipping. However, we will assist customers in lodging claims with the courier service where applicable.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please note the damage with the courier and take photographs before accepting the delivery whenever possible.
